Organic cinnamon is of the most celebrated spices for its versatility in both savoury and sweet food. Studies have shown cinnamon can regulate blood sugar levels which help to stabilise energy levels and moods. It contains fibre, calcium, iron and manganese. This cinnamon is also known as 'true' Ceylon cinnamon.
