ALTO’s delicious range of Olives, Oils and Vinegar are produced on their picturesque property in the Southern Tablelands region of NSW, located at the foothills of the Great Dividing Range.
The family-run enterprise practices minimal intervention methods in managing their olive groves; The farm ecosystem is healthy, and the biodiversity on the property allows the olives to practically take care of themselves. Thanks to the suitability of the climate, irrigation is only used as needed in periods of drought. The use of pesticides have not been necessary for many years.
