ALTO Chardonnay Vinegar is a versatile essential in your pantry and a natural companion to ALTO Extra Virgin Olive Oils. It makes a delicious vinaigrette dressing when mixed 1:3 parts with ALTO Lemon Oil. Use regularly in dressings, marinades, and when deglazing white meats and poultry. Fantastic to use in a variety of dips and mayonnaise. Used sparingly it can add tang to marinated or baked peaches.
ALTO’s delicious range of Olives, Oils and Vinegars are produced on their picturesque property in the Southern Tablelands region of NSW, located at the foothills of the Great Dividing Range.
The family-run enterprise practices minimal intervention methods in managing their olive groves; The farm ecosystem is healthy, and the biodiversity on the property allows the olives to practically take care of themselves. Thanks to the suitability of the climate, irrigation is only used as needed in periods of drought. The use of pesticides have not been necessary for many years.
