Discontent with conventional farming practices, in 2000 it led them to embrace Bio-Dynamic farming methods. The transition was swift, manifesting in visible improvements such as enhanced soil structure, increased humus, and the cultivation of healthier pastures and soils.
Spelt pasta is a favoured choice among those with wheat intolerance and allergies due to its lighter colour, taste, and gentle impact on the digestive system. Processed by specialised pasta processors in Victoria and South Australia, their pasta meets stringent standards set by certifying bodies. The lightly sifted flour used retains high nutritional value, as it removes only the coarsest brans, making it a nutritious option.
