Wilted Greens

Ingredients

¼ c rice vinegar
3 T soy sauce
2 ½ t sugar
1 ½ t ginger, freshly grated
1 ½ t sesame oil
3 cups pea shoots or sprouts
3 cups tatsoi
3 cups spinach

Directions

Heat vinegar, soy sauce, sugar, ginger and sesame oil in a small saucepan over medium/low heat. Stir until sugar is just dissolved. Pour hot dressing over greens in a large bowl and toss well. Serve at once.

It's fun and challenging to cook with what's available and the produce is so much fresher than anywhere else. Our family loves Ooooby!
