350g pumpkin
1 C cooked brown rice
1 C panko or homemade bread crumbs
0.5 C sunflower seeds
0.25 C finely chopped onion
1 t cumin seeds
1 t garlic powder
0.5 t salt (more to taste)
0.25 t chili powder (or cayenne for extra punch)
For the burgers: buns and general burger ingredients (tomatoes, lettuce, onion).
