Pear green smoothie

Ingredients

1-2 cups chopped Spinach / Silverbeet leaves (not the stalks)
2 ripe pears
1 cup water
half squeezed lemon (optional)

Directions

Place ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Add more water if required. An easy green smoothie to start the day!

It's fun and challenging to cook with what's available and the produce is so much fresher than anywhere else. Our family loves Ooooby!
