Grilled Plums With Brie and Honey

Ingredients

Fresh Plums
Brie Cheese
Honey
Fresh cracked pepper
Neutral oil

Directions

Cut the plums in half, remove the seed and brush with a little bit of oil, grill for about five minutes each. Cut the cheese in slices and put the plums on top. Season with black pepper and drizzle honey on top.

It's fun and challenging to cook with what's available and the produce is so much fresher than anywhere else. Our family loves them!
