Ingredients
2 T grated orange rind
¾ c fresh orange juice (about 3 oranges)
½ c fresh lime juice
3 T honey
2 t olive oil
salt and pepper
Red Onion, cut into wedges
Courgettes, halved lengthwise
Basil, thinly sliced

Combine dressing ingredients. Add onion and courgette and marinate for at least an hour. Drain and reserve marinade. Grill/BBQ vegetables until done the way you like them and transfer to a serving platter. Sprinkle basil over the top and drizzle reserved marinade over all to finish.
