250g of cooked quinoa
1 large, or 2 small apples grated
100 g of cheese
1 egg, beaten
Oil or ghee

Heat the oven to 180c. Add everything except the oil into a bowl and mix thoroughly to combine. Shape into balls. Place onto a baking tray and brush over the top with oil or ghee. Bake in the oven until firm and a pale golden colour, approx 20-30 mins. You can play with the flavour by adding some chives, dill, or other fresh herbs to the mixture.
