These Seitan Schnitzels are delicious for lunch on a sandwich with lettuce and vegan mayo. Or treat your self to a full Viennese dinner of schnitzel, potato salad, sauerkraut and cranberry sauce. Bake, grill or fry them. These are the perfect replacement for a chicken schnitzel.
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:
Cook in a pan with a drop of oil on a medium heat until hot all the way through, turn regularly until lightly brown on both sides. Over cooking will toughen the schnitzel.
