**99% of beef and lamb from Shiralee is ACO Certified Organic. Due to circumstances such as occasional high demand for a particular prized cut, of which only a small amount can be taken from each animal, a high quality alternative will be provided. This is to ensure that there is no wastage due to product imbalances. Product will be labelled accordingly.
All orders placed this week will be cut, weighed and packed by Shiralee the following Monday (excluding public holidays). They are delivered to us that very same day, before being sent out to you that week. This product is best before 7 days from packing date. Best before dates are labelled on each product. Please keep in mind that product weights are approximate and may vary slightly.
