Organic coconut sugar produced from the fragrant, sweet sap of coconut palm blossoms. It is minimally processed to ensure it retains its naturally high mineral content. Organic coconut sugar has a delicious toffee-like flavour with a slight hint of coconut and can be substituted for other sugars 1:1 in baking. It can also be used in place of honey or agave in recipes, desserts, coffee and tea.
