This kombucha is raw, real and ALIVE! The living bacteria and yeast require residual sugars to keep alive to benefit our health. Refrigeration keeps them alive so they won't die.
There are no added essences, flavourings, extracts, or concentrates in any kombucha product. The fruits, spices, and vegetables in their Kombucha are all organic and freshly juiced in their brewery from fresh produce sourced directly from local organic farms.
