Cherie is a Wholistic Nutritionist by trade and was diagnosed as a latent coeliac 5 years ago, along with her youngest daughter. Whilst she had always worked closely with food over the years, she saw a gap in the market for GOOD gluten free food. With a mother as a professional cook, a grandfather as a baker and a grandmother as the best cake baker ever, good food and freshly baked what was her whole life was about. Being told she could now only eat gluten free was definitely a challenge but something she took very seriously. Seeing what was on offer in the gluten free world was complete misery! So she set out to raise the standard of gluten free baked goods without all the crap by making her own and the rest is history.
