Contains 70% organic wholemeal flour and 30% white organic flour. The other ingredients are filtered water, salt and malt flour. The salt level is only 1.1% of the dough. A great healthy option that isn't limited to a salad sandwich. The earthy flavour adds another dimension to any dish you choose to use it with.
